Defining the project scope
We begin by analyzing your existing payroll landscape, defining the timeline for your implementation, and selecting the stakeholders that will manage each step of the process on your side.
Consolidating your data
Setting up the data model according to your needs: G2N mapping, importing your calendar, setting exchange rates, GL mapping, HCM data mapping. We do this together and teach your stakeholders how to manage the process autonomously.
Implementing your payrolls
Our implementation team sets up the first few countries and trains your stakeholders on how to do the rest. Then, your team takes over and we provide hands-on support and guidance to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Going live and ongoing support
Once all countries are set up, we check everything, validate that the system is working and we go live. After launch, the Payzaar team provides ongoing support as needed to address any issues that come up.
